SOPOA Board Agendas and Minutes

SOPOA Board meetings are held on the Fourth Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise posted. The meetings are open to any homeowner and along with the official agenda, there is time allotted for homeowner comments or questions. All meetings are held at the Seven Oaks Clubhouse Gathering Room located at 2910 Sports Core Circle, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544. Dates and times may be accessed HERE and are subject to change; however, all changes will also be announced to the public at a noticed meeting or via advertisements.  The Annual Homeowners Meeting is always held in September and the elections are held at this meeting.
